OUTLINE ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Tozers Bush Camp - Bremer Bay
2.6 KM walk 490 KM drive to Bremer bay
This 2.6 km trail will give us access to views of the north side of the national park.
DAY 2 - Fitzgerald River NP - the Mamang Trail
50 KM Drive - 13 KM Walk
So much variety, especially in late August to ealry October.
DAY 3 - Ravensthorpe Range - Hopetoun
240 km drive - 12 KM Walk - 50 km drive
The Ravensthorpe Range is a florally diverse magic region.
DAY 4 - Hakea Trail - Hamersley Inlet to West Beach
13 KM Walk
Beach, coastal heath, rugged rock formations a coastal landscapes where every flower is like finding a treasure.
DAY 5 - East Mt Barren
2.6 KM - 590 KM back to Perth
Qualup Bells, Royal Hakea and Barren's Clawflower and Barren's Regalia - lots of endemic species on our way up another spectacular mount.

WHERE WE STAY
The warm and friendly staff of the Bremer Bay Resort have been welcoming our guests since 2020.
The Resort offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation in the beautiful coastal town of Bremer Bay with spectacular views from some rooms and easy access to the east side of the Fitzgerald River National Park.
Each room can be set up as twin-share or Queen solo, and has its own ensuite bathroom.
The Wavecrest Village is located about 2 kilometres north of Hopetoun and had been hosting us in their spacious and homely chalets since 2019.
Each chalet has three bedrooms: 1 King with ensuite (our single supp), and 2 twin-share or double rooms with a shared bathroom.
There is also a small kitchen, an open living rom and dining room and a small verandah.

The Fitzgerald River National Park sits within the UNESCO listed Fitzgerald Biosphere and is a natural heritage site.
It is approximately 460 Km (5-6 hours) south-east of Perth between Bremer Bay & Hopetoun.

There are two main trails in the Fitzgerald River National Park: the Hakea and the Mamang trails. They are both coastal trails spanning a variety of coastal heath, beach, coastal scrub and some woodlands.

In the Fitzgerald River there is always something flowering, but ‘the season’ starts around September.
There are many local orchids that flower seasonally, so we can find them from April right through to November.
